This pair of Percussion Plus timpani mallets is an essential member of every stick bag. As well as orchestral kettle drums, the beaters are also often used to play low pitched tuned percussion such as bass chimes and marimbas, and to create special effects on drum kits. Each one has a well-balanced wooden shaft and features a round head made with a cork core, wrapped in red felt. They are sold as a pair.
