Introducing the Drums for Schools gong beater
These authentic Balinese gong Pangul are exactly the same as used in Balinese gamelan. It’s very important that the Pangul is weighted to match the size and weight of Gong; if the beater is too light, the full resonance of the gong will be lost and, if too heavy, the gong will overload and produce a very weak sound. A well-matched beater and Gong will produce a sustained resonance.
